I am doing option 2 for this blog post. I will be writing about how social distancing has affected me since we were sent home. If you told me that we would be in a situation that would cause us to have to stay away from others, I would have been happy to stay home. I have self quarantined most of the time, so I’ve got practice. It can still be annoying though.

The first way social distancing affected me is giving me some relief because I had a project due that I hadn’t worked on. So, I was able to finish it. It was for my AP government class which was easy to work on. For lack of better words my focus needed more focus. 😁 I had wanted to just stay home for a while. The only reasons I went to school was because of the law, my grades and my friends. School had been very busy, thanks to Corona for the extra time!

The second way social distancing affected me was by giving me time to do things I really wanted to. I had been dying to make loom bracelets more. I’ve learned two more styles and even made charms! Sold some to my family well, lol! Plus I began watching more shows! I’m sorry this was long lol. I hope you enjoyed this rant. :3

Stitch loom charm I made!!!

I  disliked actually finding sources because when I worked on my outline my websites were missing from my doc from researching. I also disliked having to find time to research and do it well. I have bad time management and had a lot going on. I dislike writing at times too because I always have a better idea later and redo everything I did before. One prime example is this morning when I had to redo messy outline work.

My conspiracy theory I’ve chosen is, that the Holocaust was fake. I’ve found it refers more to the body count and horrors there being fake. I personally do not believe any of it but chose this because of the evidence. The evidence I’m referring to is the eye witness accounts, admission via Germany and video/paper footage. The only reason it will be possible for people to say it was fake is that the people who survived and lived around this time are dying. Unless people record they existed and tell their story people will still be able to say they are liars in never existed themselves. It hurts to find out how people can write off a tradgedy as nothing even with evidence.

Blog #3

Something I struggled with in the essay is time management and writing the thesis. I am not very good when it comes to pacing myself in essays. The fact I didn’t fill out the graphic organizer too well is even worse! I wrote this essay pretty messy and I blame handwriting mostly. 🙂 (For my dignity’s sake I won’t show you.) I learned that in an essay if you plan badly then things won’t go too well or as my father says “Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance”.

My group did a commercial to entertain single moms about Guinea pigs. We talked about Guinea pig park our own park with things Guinea pigs would play in with bodyguards like the G force and wonder pets. This lets parents leave and get wine in their free time. We also used some images for entertainment purposes. My group and I chose to do this because we thought it would be very fun and creative. I believe we did great. We wrote the script and performed it very well. I believe we will get a B at least.

Here is an image that we didn’t use but I loved. (We used a wonder pets picture to show we had security.)

Post 1: The introduction

I consider myself to be a writer in the author sense. I am not a very good writer by any means. I’ve written cringey short stories during school and even fanfiction. In my free time less now than when I was 12 to 13 and writing on Wattpad. I still write on occasion but not as often. Back then I wrote loads of cringey fanfiction on Wattpad that people seemed to like.

My actual Wattpad account. 😅

I write cringey fanfiction about the various fandoms I love. I have mainly written fanfictions with Disney characters. For example Hiro Hamada, Elsa and Tadashi Hamada. I write character x character and stuff like that. I know it’s odd to most people but I love it. I like writing x readers mainly because I am bored and can change so many things. Alternative universes are my favorite kind of writing or aus. You can create a whole new world.

My weird fanfictions 😑😅

Why do you write?

I sometimes write to escape my realities with a fake life. Sometimes my reason for writing is the feeling of wonder, interest and imagination like spongebob. I also write for others to enjoy because, if anyone gets even a bit of joy then I wrote right. A weird and thrilling life basically real life with less bad. I had some sad thoughts and thought imagination was better. Fanfiction is one of the weirdest kinds of writing but the most interesting aswell. So my writing is weird.😁

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
